| Terms of Service : |
| 1.Night Surcharge $250 (22:01-07:00). |
| 2.Surcharge on busy days such as public holidays. |

3.Surcharge for additional shops or pick-and drop off point. Same district in Hong Kong - $100, cross district in Hong Kong - $200. Same district in Mainland China - $250, cross district in Mainland China – will be charged according to distance across the region. |

4.Free waiting time 30 minutes, overtime:$150/30 minutes. |
| 5.Airport pick up sign service - $200. |
| 6.Chartered service do not include toll fee, parking fee and other miscellaneous charges. |
| 7.Cancellation made 24 hours before service, no full payment needed. Cancellation made less than 24 hours, full payment is required. |
| 8.If there is any change in booking time or itinerary, please advise one day before service. |

9.If the vehicle cannot drive safely due to black storm signal or typhoon signal no.8 or above, the company reserve the right to stop providing service. There is surcharge of $500 for Hong Kong local service or 150% of the rental fee for cross-border service. |

10.The company will not take the responsibility for any lost or damages of luggage. Unless it is due to negligence of the company’s employees. The compensation for each accident is up to the limit of $300. |
| 11.If passengers carry multiple or large luggage, please advise in advance for proper arrangement. |
| 12.For trip more than one day, passengers need to provide $100/meal and $600/accommodation to driver. |
| 13.Surcharge of $100 is required for designated cross border port. |
| 14.The company reserves the right to add or cancel any terms without prior notice. The company reserves the final interpretation and decision rights on the terms. |
